Directorate Mission Statement

The Air Force Nonappropriated Fund Procurement Office (AFNAFPO) is responsible for providing Global Strategic Sourcing Support to the Air Force Services Center and Forces Support Squadrons worldwide. AFNAFPO is also responsible for providing NAF contracting officer certification, training, and guidance on NAF procurement policy and procedures. Further, AFNAFPO is responsible for managing eBusiness tools such as the web-based Internet Based Purchasing System (IBPS).

AFNAFPO consists of three Divisions, the Enterprise Solutions Division, Construction Solutions Division and the Policy, Training and Field Support Division.

Division Mission Statements

The Enterprise Solutions Division is responsible for all corporate business systems and services transformation initiatives encompassing enterprise solutions, financial services, employee benefits, recreation and amusement programs, family member programs, resiliency programs and e-Commerce. The division consists of three branches; Strategic Business Branch, Recreation and Resiliency Support Branch and Food Service and Sustainment Branch, managing contracts and business relationships in excess of $1B.

The Construction Solutions Division is responsible for architectural and engineering studies/project validations, and lodging operations renovations. The division consists of two branches; Constructions and Facilities Branch and Lodging Support Branch, managing contracts and business relationships in excess of $600M.

The Policy, Training and Field Support Division provides NAF contracting policy & procedures, employee development, and approximately 5,000 hours of training annually for NAF procurement personnel in the field; NAF Purchase Card program oversight; sustainment and training on the Internet Based Purchasing System (IBPS); help desk support for IBPS and policy; management of the NAF Contracting Officer warrant program; conducts annual contract surveillance of NAF contracting at base level affecting NAF activities worldwide; and provides IT support for IBPS and AFNAFPO personnel. The division consists of two branches; Policy, Procedures & Training Branch and E-Commerce and IT Support Branch.
